Pre-Purchase Inspections
What is a Pre-Purchase Building Inspection?
A pre-purchase building inspection is a professional, non-invasive, visual assessment of a home’s structural defects in accordance with the Building Codes of Australia and the Australian Standard for building inspections 4349.1 -2007
Your qualified Building Inspector from End2End Property Inspections will identify minor and major defects in the building which can include cracked walls, rising damp and safety hazards that may not be obvious to the untrained eye.
Your Inspector will spend an average of two hours on-site inspecting the interior and exterior of the building, the sub-floor space, roof space and roof exterior, garage and out houses including any separate laundry, granny flat or pool house. Identifying any signs of damage or defect including storm water run-off, surface water drainage or building subsidence.
Your Pre-purchase building inspection will give you a comprehensive understanding of the overall condition of the property and any significant (and often costly) areas that need repair before you commit to purchase.
